Mitrak.ai was born from a simple observation: enterprise automation was broken. Companies were promised "end-to-end automation" but received tools that broke in production, required armies of developers, and never quite delivered on the vision.

Founded by a team of veteran software entrepreneurs, IAS officers, and high-profile CEOs who had experienced these challenges firsthand, we set out to build something different — automation that respects enterprise reality.
